Being aware of your thoughts and willing to change your thinking is the most important key to a healthier life.
I can’t tell you how many times I have said to myself “I am never going to lose this weight.” I have to work hard every day at changing my thinking and when I have the wrong thoughts replacing them with positive ones.
Start practicing changing your thoughts around food. Say to yourself “I’m choose foods and behaviors that truly nourish my body, mind and spirit because I deserve a happy and healthy life.
Goal for today: As you go through your day pay attention to hunger and fullness cues from your body.
